Oatmeal raisin cheesecake


Recipe:
Standard crust with Maria cookies, 1/4 stick melted butter, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.

Cheesecake batter:
3 8 oz cream cheese packages
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon each of flour and corn starch
1tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream or heavy cream
Dash of salt

Oatmeal raisin filling:
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon (may add more)
1 cup whole oats

Steps:
1) press crust into 10" pan and place in freezer
2) pour 1/2 batter on crust
3) layer oatmeal raisin mix on top of batter
4) pour on remainder of batter
5) bake at 350 for 30 min, then at 200 for 70 min.
6) let cool to room temp, then refrigerate.  Best served next day.
